2006 Florida Native Plants, a local native plant nursery, has been named the
recipient of the 2006 Environmental Business Award by the Sarasota Audubon
Society. Florida Native Plants co-owners Laurel Schiller and Janice de
Grineau are recognized for beautifying urban landscapes while increasing
habitat for wildlife and birds, reducing pesticide and water use, and
