Horizontal cocoplum is a lower-growing, sprawling and easily trim-able native relative of the upright red-tipped or green cocoplum. It does well in coastal conditions because it is highly salt-tolerant and can withstand full sun. It has flowers for pollinators and its fruits are edible for birds and people.
